As shown there, if the air intake temp is above 154 then it i going to affect timing, That table looks like it affects the timing the most, but if the coolent temp affects the timing some, but not unless the temp is above 208F.
I have proof that shows timing being adjusted well under those temps. We went from 36.4 degrees iat temp to 90 degrees intake temp on the same within 10 minutes of each other and got 1.5-2 degrees more advance with a higher intake temp reading.
I'm not sayuing what Ron posted was totally incorrect, but I think there is many variables in it all.
