anybody else totally f'ing disgusted with the new format on here?

it's so hard to distinguish between posts, i'm really getting annoyed by it. the old way was really good, easy to read. why the hell did they have to 'fix' something that didnt even need fixing?

It's the only reason I love driving a chevy. Every part those engineers put on the car falls apart within a year. Good excuse to upgrade if you ask me.

Okay... does 3:30 sound okay to you or is that too late, too early?
I can have the car on jackstands in my parking lot or I could meet you somewhere so you aren't driving 40 miles to meet me.

Buddy at work is driving a 96 cavalier... if he fills the gas tank all the way full, the car has problems starting. It starts then stalls. After a few tries the car stays running and after the car has drove and the fas tank runs down, it runs fine.

Fuel pump or fuel filter?

He had an accident a few months ago during the winter and now when he drives it every one in a while the dash lights up and the temp gauge turns off... you guys think the PCM is going bad?

it has to do with the valves cooling down to soon or something...

Re: Omaha and surrounding area's... (clean)
Tuesday, March 25, 2008 6:08 PM
it will bend the valves and totally screw your motor. just dont even think about trying it. no point in doing it at all.

Not unless you run it like that for a long time, I drove my car up a driveway without a mani and my valves were fine. Surely if you run it like that the cool air can "shock" the valves.

I love that response though tommy!!
