Fully Built Motorsports Bored Throttle Bodies

Well I had this posted up last night in the classifieds, but they took it down because it has to be in the forums.

Fully Built Motorsports has had a huge sucess in our port work, tuning, and SRT-4 business.

We were the first to hit 11's on the stock turbo, and right now are looking to be the first into the 10's on not only a Street Trim car, but with the stock bottom end.

We are bringing over some of our work to you guys being my girlfriend has a Z24 2.4 and I've been toying around with it.

We've gone from 16.5 stock to running 14's now with just exhaust, intake, bored throttle body and minor head work.

I am offering bored throttle bodies for around $75 range. I also will be offering ported heads for around $500 range. I just need to find some more cores.

If the demand is there I will have one my bilets made for your cars. Just need to know what you the customers wants to see from our company. I can build bottom ends, turbo kits, built heads, custom manifolds, ect....All based on what you guys would like to see.

Do let me know guys. Thanks again

Can you offer any head upgrades for the 98-02 2.2 2200 OHV motor?

Yeah, basically we need to know if:

1) Do we have to send you the cores
a)If no, what is the core charge if any

2) What are the tb opening size options?
a) IS it strickly for the 2.4? Can we do the 2200, 2.3L, or Ecotec?
3) What's the turn around time for everything.

4) What the return or warranty againt work or damaged goods?

If you offer to port to whatever the heck size we want and keep it between $75-$100 then I'm all for it. There is someone else on here maybe charging up to $150.

The market is there,
Provide the info and make the cash.

Yes for sure my buddy had one, and we did some work to it with really nice results.

Here is a link to our SRTForums, where you will see pics of our head work. I am doing many other heads as we speak, and looking for cores on heads for you guys

I do not like asking customers to send in their parts to be worked if I dont have to.

I love providing the core, and allowing you to keep the car running until it's time to install.

Yeah I can get the Turbo for you. What year motor do you have? I just bought a 99 2.4 TB, and will be boring it out. Most of the TB's will be stock butterfly bores just tapered out. I can change the butterfly, and go bigger for a price.

I will provide the cores if at all possible.

I can provide the cores, I just have to find the throttle body for your motor. I will do any and every if you like. I can warranty any damaged parts I am not one to turn my back on any customer.

I can do EVERY Motor setup. If I have a core I can have it to you the next day. If I dont it may take a bit to find one. If you can find one for me I can drop the price. Yeah I can do like bigger butterly bores for around $110 shipped range, and the stock butterfly boring I will do cheap. $50 with you sending a core, or if I provide it I will just charge what I paid for it.

Guessing you don't have a machine for valve grinding?

I can port and polish myself, just can't do valvegrinds. And a billet TB would be SCHWEET

Cool, I'll have to find my spare TBs.

Definately want a 2.4L 59mm.
And after that 60mm on the 2.3L tb.

But 2.4L first, gotta check out the work and leave feedback.

Quote:

no we are not replacing the plates, we are doing a port job that tapers down then doing the back side. On our srt-4 we have gained 30 whp from a ported Tb with ported adaptor and manifold

I got this email from Josh about my post. Sorry but I will not buy a TB if the throttle plate is not being replaced. Not worth it.

Well Josh you've peaked my interest. I look foward to seeing the photos. Head porting and valvetrain work is what I need before I turbo.

Thanks!
