Where should I get the supplies?
I think i need some bixenon projectors and im going to need some HIDs too.
What should I use for sealing the back of the headlight and for sealing the lense to the headlight bucket?
Im getting lenses from Benham when hes back in town.
Where can I get angel eyes and how should I wire them up? Off of the DRL circuit or something?

Projector Kit This is what I was thinking about going with. It has a How-to on a Cobalt link on the page so maybe that will give you an idea. I believe this kit is almost exactly like what Benham was selling

you'll probably have to wire your DRLs off of your parking lights or the wiper fuse if you want the angel eyes on all the time. the DRL has to be disabled with HIDs because it will cause problems with your bi-xenons.
there are tons of options for lights and ballasts, every projector will have its pros and cons... light output, lense quality, cut-off. same with ballasts, consider price and life expectancy. weather getting into your ballasts will kill them for sure.
to seal the hole at the back of the light you can use something designed for sealing duct work, its super sticky aluminized tape, withstands hot and cold well.
for sealing the interior, don't use silicone as i hear it creates a film on things as it warms up... i used windshield adhesive (black), thick as hell but holds up very nicely.

This is very similar to the kit I bought to make mine. the only thing missing is your clear lenses. I bought my kit off ebay for $140 shipped, they want $210 or something, not bad, prices are close, your call
Does a retrofit projector mount inside a regular housing. How does this work?
Id probably be able to FG up some shrouds or something
