well i searched but couldnt find an answer, but my right tail light isnt working as good as it should.
the main part does work but the far right end of the tail light doesnt, why is this and how do i fix it?
also im having trouble re-aligning the right tail light back to the car so it sits nice and fit on the car with no openings...
any tips?
03+ has 2 bulbs in the tail light, a 3x57 for the main brake/turn, and a 194 for the second. Sounds like the 194 died.
how do i change that out, i took off my tail light a few times before and i didnt see any way to take out the lights, but than again i wasnt looking just to take it out?
its a twist to remove socket.
the 03 had a recall on the tail lights too. Take it to a dealer and they'll fix it for free!
ya, theres a recall for the harness i believe since it likes to cook bulbs rather quickly. i change mine once every month or 2 on my driver side.
but the socket will twist out of the tail housing, then the bulb pulls right out of the socket
oh @!#$, a recall huh? so i can just go to the dealer and tell them my problem and that i saw it was a recall and get it fixed for free, tight!
ok well now my front left little section of my headlight is messed up, is there a recall on that harness too?
were u hit in the rear??? can't see why the light won't fit back in flushly!

well on the front left, the very left part of it, not really that big of a deal but, the reflector looking part doesnt blink at all, i notice its different because on my right hand side the reflector looking side works...
i dont know..maybe it is just a light, but than again i dont see why it would be since the turn signal works on the main part except on the smaller section of it...
so ya thats why i think the harness is messed up
when it gets warmer, in cleveland its very cold around the 20's-30's, im going to look at the headlights and tail lights just to make sure the harnesses are in all the way and to see why the back right tail light isnt flush to the body, and no i never got hit on the back... ( i think its not flush because for some reason im missing a screw or nut or bolt or something on the lower part of the tail light to make it flush, i think theres suppose to be 3 things to keep the tail light on the body, but i have 2 on the right hand side and 3 on the left hand side...i dont know i hate my car/love my car) thanks for the help though
