I'm looking an equivalent of ppg hot rod black (flat black) in red... ne1 know where to get it .
John Deere. Seriously. Order their "Blitz Black". It's a single stage satin finish, really popular with the hotrodders.

just find a red that you like and just spray a flat clear
i hope the car on that homepage isnt supposed to be flat.

There is a flat clear coat that you can but over any color base.
