also, ?? for you. we were discussing in another forum 95 & 96 GTs. did your roof come in black from the factory, or did you do that yourself? it looks hot as hell with the c/f trunk and hood!

no that was factory which is one of the reasons i wanted the trunk so bad because i knew it would look good

Those pieces look great on your car. By the way I have a question for you. I am unable to locate more information on the VIS web page about the trunk, could you tell me more about it? How much the part was, fitment, ect.

its still up in the air if its a real vis or not. last i heard they never made them but they were going to go into production soon. there was a guy on there selling fake labelded vis lids. dont know if this is one but it is still a very nice lid for whoever made it
ok, i must say... its a very nice piece. but frankly... who cares who made it? i mean it looks flawless to me. Imo vis products are not much to be bragging about, they aint THAT special. so who cares if its "real" vis or not?

probably due to the trunk being so light that it doesnt want to come down all the way. i believe in his other post i suggested getting different weather stripping for the trunk with a smaller "bubble" to allow it to close tighter.

It is called a Sport Top as GM labled that... Damn now I only have 2 more post...

It could very well be the seal.. i know for my c/f trunk for my cav i had to have the smaller trunk seal(which came with it), if u want u can go to classglassperformance.com and see if their cavalier smaller seals will work on ur sunfire.. i dunno if there the same length but i dont beleive they make sunfire trunks so they prolly dont make sunfire specific seals.. but just email or call them and talk to them about it and they should be able to help u out.. otherwise.. nice effing trunk.. id see about getting ur bezel c/f.. but if i were u id have someone who can wrap c/f, make u one so they can match the weave direction..
i recently shaved my spoiler and the fitment is due to the hood latch you can adjust that

CGP's trunk seal stripping off of a roll and is just cut to the length. but its just a universal product, so autozone or a place like that should work just fine.
