I know some ppl were askin about shaving the rear bumper on the 00-02 sunfires. I deicided to do this since everything else is gettin shaved this winter while im in auto body at my school. I just took 36-40 grit sand paper and a razor blade, sanded down the area around and inside the letters and then took the razor blade and made a criss-cross pattern inside and little outside the letters. Then i used 3 of the plastic repair kits from Walmart (about 5 bucks each) to fill the letters in then wetsanded with 220-320. This is very time consuming, i've been workin on it for about 2 weeks now, 5 days a week for 2-3 hours a day during class. I think it looks good but its not completely finished yet. needs alittle sanding yet.
