I like bright ass lights . im getting the 6000k HID conversion kit for the 00 Headlights . They have the little cup infront of the bulb, if i take them off would i be brighter ? i see the 2004 cavaliers do not have the cup... so....
in fact, dont even put in the HID's unless you get PROJECTORS...unless you like people crashing all around you because they cant see.
