There is no direct fit lip available for '00-'02 Sunfire GT front bumpers. However, there is one available for '00-'02 Sunfire SE front bumpers.
Jeff Rutter had the lip for the SE front bumper custom fit to his '01 GT front bumper. He ended up selling the front bumper and lip though because apparently it was really low. If you're interested in doing this, I would recommend contacting him to find out more information about the process.
