I know that a 95-99 bumper will fit an 04 if you get the rear filler piece. Will a 02 LS bumper with a lip fit an 04?

you mean this bumper, correct? that's my '02 Z24, same as the LS Sport. there is the fillers under the tail lights.

The 00-02 teh filler pieces under the lights are actually attached to the bumpers if I'm not mistaken.
