Painting and window molding question

I would imagine in a ideal situation you would want the whole car gutted out no windows and such. My question here is what is the best way to go about painting around the windows? I have no desire to take any out but the damn moldings would seriously obstruct good paint coverage, Any ways to remedy this from you paint gurus??

the difference between a 9mm is it doesnt have the stopping power of a .45, and the bullet will keep going, unlike the .45 that will virtually stop once it hits the target..... there for less chance to hit somone 2 blocks behind the target.....
