moisture in headlights

What's the best method for getting the moisture out of my headlights? I've had them on a day, and it's driving me crazy.

Well what I've done before and seems to work pretty good is either one of 2 different things. #1 would be try removeing the headlight from the car and use a blow dryer to try and dry it. #2 on really bad cases I've ran water into it swished it around and then dumped it and done the blow dryer thing.

A friend told me you can stick it in the oven for a little while turned on low and it drys and evaporates it. Tho I admit I haven't tried it it should work just fine. I mean on a 100 degree day your lights will be at least 120 or so from sitting in the sun, so as long as you keep it low it shouldn't hurt anything.

Awesome, I'll probably just go with a compressor and hose, if that doesn't work, I'll get used to it.

You need heat, all that compressed air will do is possibly put more into them unless you have a water seperator on your line. I'd try the blow dryer first.

take the headlights off the car. take them apart and clean the lense or else it will fog up again. let it completely dry then use clear silicone to put it back together

My clear corner lights use to fog up so I drilled a little hole in the bottom of them and that cleared up the problem.

I did that on the woman's car, headlight had a pond in it, drilled a little hole in the bottom, no problems since.

If I drill a hole in the bottom of the headlight, wouldn't that allow more water vapor to get in. I really don't feel like takin the whole thing apart and resealing it, but if that's the best solution, I just dunno...
