Just tried out my new projectors to see how they'll line up with my new bumper. Good news they both work and look awesome just hangin there anyway. Bad news. They don't fit. Has anyone else had this problem, with these particular ones possibly. I apprecciate any help. I don't wanna have to drill on my car any more I already have just to get some headlights to fit, but I want them really bad. At least the black corners work, haha.
Here a link to the exact product I have
Black projectors and corners
"Man with my windows tinted and badges gone I'll be able to do 200 mph easy. Do stickers add horsepower?"
Yeah, I can't really take any pictures for ya. My cameras being borrowed at the moment. But I will tell you that I think it's hitting the main housing, not the projector part but the other one. I managed to get the passenger's side to "fit" after adjusting it a little, but it's tight. The driver's side I'm afraid I'll have to cut out the metal right in front of the battery just to get it to fit. That's why I was wonderin if anyone else had any problems with these before I do anything drastic.

Mine fit perfectly fine w/ a little adjusting. Has you car ever been in a major accident? They should mount in the stock mounting location w/ no modification. I did have to adjust and aim them a little bit to get good light output though.

With mine i had to cut my frame a little bit to get the back piece of the projector to fit
92CAVQUEST- Are you sure you have these exact projectors? They're a little different than most of the black projectors out there.
Black Cavvy 98- I know I can't take any pictures so I can't expect you to, but if you could that would be fantastical. Did you have issues with both sides or just the driver's side?

Wow, I'm pissed. Mine won't fit worth crap, I can't figure it out. Congrats though, they look nice. Could you do me a big favor, if not don't worry about it. Could you take off the radiator cover and snap a couple of shots of the driver's headlight from the top, I'd really appreciate it. I'm definitely scratchin my head now. I did wreck it, but not enough to damage it there at all. All I had to do was replace the bumper.

i laugh when i seen topic projectors/problems..
farther ahead even if you do get the thing on its still gonna suck and you wont be able to see crap unless you put your high beams on sorry to break it to ya
hey don't worry about it, I figured it out. The plastic piece that is actually adjusted was busted on the inner most side. I just swapped it out with my stock piece, and they both fit up perfect first time, no problems. Now the only problem is finding all the self threading nuts for the corners, oh well. I love em though, I don't see how they're crap. Pretty dang bright if you ask me, but that's only goin up and down my road a bit. Perhaps when I drive around a while I'll see what you mean, hope not though, cause I love em. Thanks for all the help guys.
