I have a choice on what to do to my car next, since i now have a great job and i actually have money in the pocket.
i can..
A) do a killer sound system that includes a 2000.1 storm amp, (1)12" 3000 watt storm sub, custom ported box (i am told that it will hit right around 168db at the opening of the port), another kenwood execlon amp and speakers, 0 guage wireing, ect ect pretty much a very nice loud mother fuking system. all everything from custom amp rack, custom box and all the items from NW audio.
B)Wheels. 18" whatever i choose probably chrome with some nice tires
C)smaller misc things, short shifter, intake, megan catback, more tint work done by pdi, optima yellow top, and whatever else i can think of.
let me know what you guys think if i go with option A) i will enjoy it inside the car. option B) people around me will enjoy looking at the wheels i pick(hopfully), and i wont really enjoy the 1200 i spend on them as much, since i wont see them as much as other people but i still love nice looking wheels ona car. option C) everybody wins i guess.

i would go with option C cause then its alittle of everything. Then once all that is done start saving up for more depending on what you want the car for

i dont ahve the time or money to try and make this thing fast, nor do i want to @!#$ with the warrenty on it its got under 5k on the odometer. once the warrent yis up ill break out the funds for a turbocharger and probably a built engine. but until then this is strictly a daily driver. i am about to go to college and am in the process of buying a brand new 06 gsxr 600 so i will already ahve speed and not need it on the sunfire right now.
for the wheels i will agree on it looking retarded without being lowerd i ahve seen pictures and it is not pretty. but if i were to go with wheels and lowering i would want to do it right. by not just doing springs, but new shocks ect ect so everything is done right and lasts a while.
on the audio i do not know i am more set twa5rds that right now and just geting the megan catback along with it and calling it a day, that way it sounds good on the outside and on the inside. the thing is if i go with wheels it might make the car look good but thats the only time i will enjoy that 2,000 dollars i spend on it, with finishing a nice audio set-up i will enjoy that every time i am in the car. and when i dont ahve the radio up loud i can here a nice sounding exhaust.
so to answer godspeed's question speed is def not what i am aiming for right now. option c is jsut to make it a little bit more enjoyable of a car to drive.
to answer baggedcav98 hopefully it wont get stolen i have never had a problem with that before and there isnt much foa ny crime where i live and a nice alarm would be installed just to help things abit. plus nobody would know i had the set-up except fopr some highschool buddies or whoever else either sits in the car or i show them the trunk.
but the audio would be custom it would not be jsut a standard box, i quoted and designed the set-up with a very reputable shop in over 800 in just custom labor before parts or standard labor. so if i went option a it would be very uniqe and quality.
just trying to figure out where to spend some money before the rest goes for my new bike and a new laptop for college.

i dont want to really put much more money into this car afterthis chunk i want to spend its mroe a dd, and would like the rest of my money to go int my bike like exhaust and a new laptop.
i'd say give me some money, but everyone knows that won't happen.
but if i were decidin' what option to do, option C, and thats my final answer!

wheels dont hafta cost that much... i spent 450 for rims/ tires shipped. a lot of people dont spend near $2000 on rims.

450 where lol? i would like nice ones tho like 18" i am very specific on what i like tho. thre are not tons of wheels that look good to me
