Now... I know someone had part numbers for the Saab lights... in regular amber/orange, but also in clear and smoked (what those in the link appear to be, to me at least)

Yup. My clear ones I picked up from a Saab dealership

Just ask for late 90's clear marker lights... They should all be the same from what I understand.

Oh, I know they're available... the only Saab/Saturn/Isuzu dealership in town is closed for renos (apparently) so I can't ask them.

If they're a GM part number... I can order them from a Chevy dealer.. but the dealer can't seem to figure out the number in the catalog

This was news years ago. I can't remember who it was that confirmed it though. Might have been Zeek but I'm not quite sure.
