hey, im wondering how i should go about takign my rear lights off of my trunk...... and suggestions?

To replace them with aftermarket lights... or to shave them?

my one friend told me to use fiber glass over the holes but i wanted to get some inseght from fellow cavy owners......

No, you have to weld in filler plates to do it correctly, fiberglass will crack and lift up since the fiberglass will expand and contract with heat and cold at a different rate than the metal of the trunk lid.
