^^^^Tinting around here goes for about $150 and its warranted for life at most places Ive checked. Doesnt seem to bad to me. Sure beats the hell out of doing it yourself.
yea tints actually pretty cheap. I do it myself tho. Its not hard to do. If you can put a sticker on you can do tint.
So i've been bored laterly with no money and hardly a job. things are lookin up tho. Deicided to fix that fist size dent in my fender. Dunno how it got there.... maybe it has something to do with the FIST size..

I actually step on the back of it to pop most of it out then used a hammer to fix the rest as best as i could.
Then the 2nd coat of bondo
Then put back on and resprayed to cover it u for now. Still needs a coat of glazing to fix some little things

sorry guys no updates. Drove up to Hazelton today to pick up a set of TSi side skirts off a guy and when i got there he couldn't find them. waste of my time

Well i called him before i left my house and he said no problem he would be at his shop all day and to jsut come up. Well sometime during my trip he called me back and told me he couldn't find them. I never check my phone whil;e driving so i didn't get it till i got there. He said they were there when i emailed him on thursday but now he cant find them and theres some other stuff missing. He thinks his buddy took them for some reason. Hes gonna let me know if he finds them or finds another set. Im not really mad about it i mean he was cool about it and he was a cool guy. He wanted to sell me a set of GSX sides for the same price $100 (GSX sides go for $200-250 all day). I didn't like them so i didn't get them. we talked for almost an hour then i came home.
god damn not having money sucks. I need to replace my brakes bad, timing belt needs done again, and i wanna get the LSD in before winter. also It freakin SNOWED already. Its not even Halloween yet WTF!?

What a weekend.
Wrecked the Talon last night. Was kinda speeding on wet roads after a storm and theres a 100* turn near my house that has a cliff face on one side and a gaurd rail/ creek on the other. Well comin up on the turn i wasn't pay attention and before i knew it i saw a 4" dia. tree limb stretched across my lane. Slammed on the brakes, they locked up and i slide into the other lane. Tried to conter steer but no luck. Smashed the limb with my pass side tire then it spun me slide ways into the cliff/ ditch. car stalled and started to smoke. So i started the car up slowly pulled out of the ditch and headed home lol. Car was really shakey and all but seemed fine. Today i pulled the rims off and looked everything over. Surpisingly nothing is really wrong. Knocked the car outta alingment and drives side rims is scratched up and leakin air from the bead but thats it. Heres pics

wow man, glad to hear you're ok. do, the car is ok, or no? you said it doesn't seem like too much damage, but you also said you wrecked the talon...i'm gonna assume since you drove it back that it'll be fine.

well as far as i can tell it just knocked the wheel outta alingment. thats as far as i got into it.
well finally got off my ass and did some work for once. Got my windows washed, put the winter rims on, cleaned my dash, installed the new cd player bezel, worked on the stock hood, and cut the diff pins down.

the work on the hood. filled in all the holes on it. Im also thinkin of maybe doin something extra to it dunno yet
Then the diff pin savers cut down. You have to do this because the very tips will catch the speer gear and break it off.
