so a buddy is building a dodge 360 and he got a new cam and had the deads shaved .030 would he need shorther puch rods or would the original ones work
before you can answer this question we need to know the specs on the pistons
are they dished?? or flat top or pop up?
also what cc are the combustion chambers??
they are stock style flat top bored .030 over and no idea on the cc
jsut asking cuz the heads on my nova are 64cc Stock but they are shaved and are now 62cc......
waht the shaving does is bring the valves closer to the piston and making the combustion chamber smaller.
also depends on how lumpy of a cam he is running also
