I posted this same question in Maintenance but thought I'd branch out here also. Recently, my car wouldn't start and tried to jump it and to no avail it didn't help..so I replaced the battery AND alternator. Everything is now fine except when I power off the car all it's accessories are STILL ON. (A/C, radio, power windows, everything) STAYS on unless I disconnect the battery entirely. The only time the "Volt" light comes on is when I power it off but it seems to hold a charge during normal driving operations if that makes sense. As stated, it's a 1995 Oldsmobile Aurora.
