awesome man!! i love c-10's so much.
Im trying to sell the cav to pick one up.
I'll take any 68-72 GM truck. I love the body style.
i love them trucks, one of my good friends has a 69, with chopped top, 350 .60 over right around 400hp.
whats your plans?
no stepside = no love
i wants to get me a stepside, any older truck, ford or chevy, preferably 60's or earlier
It will get a short box, sectioned frame, chopped top, bagged on 20's or 22's, shaved, built motor. It'll
be awhile before it's done but I'm in it for the long haul. One of these trucks has been a dream project of mine
since i started getting into cars and modding, so now that it's here no more excuses.

Looks to be in pretty good shape, how bad is the rust on it?

Worst is the box but that's getting tossed for a short box anyway. Otherwise all around its not real bad, but I plan on doing
this right and replacing all that I can. Ordered an LMC catalog and when I get that I'll start making a parts list. Tranny has
got a leak but it runs and drives. When I go back to school in the fall the motor and trans will come out and get rebuilt/freshened
up at auto/tech while I'm doing all the body work in auto body class. So come fall semester I'll be full bore on this project.
Goal for the end of spring semester next year :
Body wise will be done.
Motor/Trans reliable and descent looking
Wheels and possible drop probly not air ride yet but we'll see

Wow nice find. c-10 pickups rock. actually any older stepside is tits. My father and I are currently working on a Dodge Warlock, don't see too many of them laying around and you can't beat the 383 4 speed combo we put in it. good luck on the c-10 resto.
People say that what doesn't kill you in this life
will make you stronger. I'm not sure if that is true
or not, but i do know one thing-You have to learn from
it and it has to make you better.......it has to.......
