DO WANT! Besides, you'd need someone at least as crazy as I am to run a machine like that. Actually, it would probably take a couple days of solid driving before I had the balls to take it all the way to full rpm with my foot down (I'm sure this'll be a 10,000 RPM + screamer).

Mind you the SC ecotec came in the atom and it was rated above 210hp. Hense 300hp eco. I would rather have the eco producing 600 in that thing and have complete control of the engines torque and power threw the waste gates and blow off valves. paint your torque curve, Easier to drive and still fast as hell.
If the engine's anything like the Hartley V8, the torque curve should be flat as a rail, giving about 150/200 lbs/ft from 2000 to 8,000rpm and then gaining an extra 100 around the last 2000 rpms. And since the car is so light the low torque is a good thing because it won't cause the Atom to rocket forward maniacally. Instead it'll just always have power across the power band.
Should be a blast to drive.

Or maybe, I'm just a big fan of the Atom and know that it comes with an eco that puts out 300hp.....and that the eco doesnt reffer to the car, but the engine thats in it...
