Am I the ONLY one that swears it has a striking resemleance to a 70's era Opel GT?

honestly i think that looks better than the convertible version
No thanks for me. The two buttholes in the middle screwed it for me.
I'd rather see that on the Sky.

The roundness reminds me of a black woman's booty and subsequently offends me.

I can see that happening in short order.

Which black woman's booty? There's a lot of variation there

Familiar...in a good way.

upon look for a good picture of the Opel GT. I was both suprised and not suprised to find the Sky IS called Opel GT in Europe.

Exhaust is a little funky. However, the rest of the car is amazing. Very nice flow.

they have in common is that their country is run by a bunch of fargin iceholes.
meh... not really a fan.
i might like it if it wasn't such a fastback type look... more the way the roadster looks, but in a hardtop of course. i dunno though, i've always liked the sky more than the solstice.
Check out my build thread!
i love it. if they make a Sky targa top, im selling my cav lol

I was really excited to click this thread and see this. I have wanted a nice hardtop solstice since it came out. But....I don't like this at all. Sorry.

Go Go OG Traction!!
Wasn't that car on GT4?
I wonder if the coupe is really needed? I find the car rigid enough with it's stock suspension. A fastback removable hardtop offering would probably achieve the same affect. I suppose with a more track like setup or more torque, I might change my opinion. Well see this summer.
I love the one piece front end. I would say that the Solstice needs to be slightly testoterized. The rear entry exhaust makes me uncomfortable. lol. This car is pretty.
I sometimes feel like a sissy driving mine. The one time I pulled up next to a Vette at a light, I almost felt shame.
The DI 3.6 V6 would make the coupe a really neat car. I would have chosen one over my current LNF softop. It would be nice not to require a helmet on the track. Unless the reason you need it is your times.
There's a Z0K option for the Solstice that lets you have a Hard-top, but you need a NASA or SCCA License to buy it because it's not strictly street legal IIRC. It follows the same line as the soft-top though.

You can't open the trunk and it's not sealed for adverse weather. Not to mention, it doesn't follow the lines like the above car. I'd take one, none the less.
It's nice that the ZOK option is available for the GXP this year.
The Edag unit is interesting, but by the time it's on the car, with the details taken care of, it's 4 g's. For a perfect instal, I'd say that's OK, but I'm not putting 4 g's down for it.
Front license plates ruin the front of this car.
the ZOK's are what they are using on that show on speed "SET UP"
Are they really zok when they replace the suspension? The top, Onstar delete and the suspension are about the only things offered on the car.
I have enjoyed the show.
arent they ac delete too ? depends how much of a upgrade the parts are they put on
most of them this season cant drive to save their lives
