Well its been what about a year since I was regular here? Just wanted to stop by and say "hi!" to some of my old friends and let you all see what I've been up to. I traded the Cavi in on a 2007 Cobalt SS sedan in sport red (very first SS sedan in the color btw!) and have had fun modding it. I must say the 2.4 does have better mid range then the 2.2 but the low end seems to be lacking IMO. The 2.2 actualy seems faster off the line? I don't know why but I hope to fix that problem with some of my planned mods. Anyway on to some pics!
Here she is all stock and brand new!
First mod... DROP that 4x4 look!
Next, I just HAVE to have a pretty engine bay!
Then it was the chrome projectors and LED bulbs all around!

HID is next!
Then it was a SWEET score on a carbon fiber hood for $200.00!!!!

Of which I had to mod cause sooooo many Cobalt owners have this hood and I MUST be different!

Yup the wiper arms are done to match too.
And the BIGGIE! WHEELS! 18x8 TSW Nogaro's with Falken 245/40 18's all around, this car is like its on rails!
And here's a few money shots for you to enjoy! Don't have pics of the tint yet but its rocking 20% all around!
Well let me know what you all think!
Semper Fi SAINT. May you rest in peace.
A few of the pics aren't working for me but from what I can see the car doesn't look bad. I have an '07 ls which seems pretty peppy compared to the old 2.4 I had in my 'Fire but I never tried to drive the SS or the SS/SC so I can't say if the 2.2 is faster off the line or not. Car looks good though, congrats on the hood (wish I could find one for $200...).

looks pretty good. i dig the hood especially.
very nice i always love the four doors. i never liked the 4 door tails though.
i really dont think that hood matches the body of that car at all
but it looks good otherwise
I preferred the stock rims, and I'm not feeling the hood scoop.
other than that... I like.

Wow, i really really really like how that all came together!
Terry, that ride there is awesome!!! I have been dying to see some good pictures of it.
I love that hood
Rims are a good match for the car
All in all, 1HOTT SS 4door!!!
P.S.: Can you help me out with my engine bay now
Thanks guys! The hood cost me all of $200.00 I couldn't say no to it! I'm riding on Sportlines with factory struts for almost a year now with ZERO issues! The SS sits about an inch lower then the non SS cars so with the Sportlines so thats only an inch drop for my car which we all know an inch drop never hurts anything.

SS/SC front lip would be a nice addition.
Personally would've sold the hood for profit. Not feeling it.
Dig the SS sedan body though and that color.
I haven't missed you I see you all the time and the occasional phone call

For a 4 door, its nice looking. (sorry I'm definately a coupe guy)
As for the 2.2 feeling quicker off the line... thats prolly just because the 'balts are heavier then the j-bods...
looks nice. i been looking for pictures of the ss sedan.
