wOOOOOOOOW thats the worse GM story I have heard to date
yeah.. I'm starting to regret this one, i have owned nothing but GM and I almost didn't buy one this time ( was looking at an is300 as well )
Considering my last GM burned to the ground at just over 50k, it took a lot for me to fork over the money for this car, but I thought I was doing right buying the best warr. offered, and gap coverage etc....
but to take this long, and still not even know if they are going to cover it.. I dunno, I guess I wont be trading this in for a cts-v or a vette in a couple years....
wanna know the kicker, my warr only covers a rental for 8 days....
anyone wanna guess how long i have had it???

It shouldnt take that long to get someone to look at the car. At the dealer I was at it would take at most 2 days t get an adjuster out there. Someone at customer assistance dropped the ball.
dude this isnt sounding good but you should keep calling everyday or twice a day, just make it a newscence for them. good luck keep us posted.

not always true..... you forget I am a manager of a business as well...
sometimes the ones that make the noise get what they get to get them out... If someone comes to me and is nice about it, I am more likely to try and bend the rules...

At this point I'd have thrown in the towel and gone ape $hit on them. Any idea what type of car your looking at for a replacement down the road? I'd wager you don't want to stay in the same family of cars after that ordeal...
after the 02 sunfire burning, and this ordeal.... I think I should have bought the is300 i was gonna buy instead of this....
i was going to trade this in on a vette or a cts v down the road... But I doubt I really want to do that now...

I was lookin at an IS300 the other day.... CTS is soooo much more bawler status than an IS300 any day of the week
My Dad has a V and they are pretty sweet except that the rear end had to be replaced and it eats tires like a fat chick eats cake. But the car is bad a$$ only things that beat it is a viper and the monster hemi charger. Every time he needed it worked on though it has been done quickly there really hasn't been a lot of problems with it. This stuff that your going through blows more than a pornstar sorry to hear about I am impressed with you keeping your cool. Hope they pull their heads out soon and get it straightened out for you.

took the words right out of my mouth! im going for a new car in march, and ive been havily looking at the CTS. other than a bum dealership, are you happy with evertything else on the car?
