I guess this is somewhat of a newbie question. I am looking to make the ball joint dust covers and the tierod end dust covers match my poly bushings on my control arms, but not sure which ones i need. I want them red though I do know that.

Most AutoZone type parts stores carry the Energy Suspension tie rod boots in stock. Match up your current ones to the off-the-shelf sizes.
