Credit goes to Arnjolt. Made mine this weekend and installed last night. The only thing is now I need to paint and re-carpet the door panel. It just doesn't look good nice new semi shinny vinyl on some dull plain looking plastic. When I am complete with this whole project I will post some pics of it.
I have the kick panel enclosures from Q-logic they match the plastic on the door sill.
I'd like to see these tho my wife doesn't want to do what i did because likes the extra space.

All I used was 3/4 MDF, cut out the speaker grill and screw the POD on to the door panel where the origanal speaker grill was.
