Well gentlemen, this thread will FINALLY start picking up again. The car became no longer a silver work bench today and we moved it back onto the hoist. The shop got a relatively good clean up which made me feel significantly less depressed.
I bring a peace offering of one @!#$ty picture of the dust collector outside. I hope to get some serious work done this weekend.
It's also an instagram picture, I'M SORRY! @!#$, STOP YELLING AT ME.
Holy @!#$ man that is so sexy, looking great, cant wait to see all four rims on, hope to see more of that color
Modding my j since I found the org
Finally something! Love the color of the wheel against the silver paint! Cant wait to see it in finished form!
Color looks good against silver, reminds me of some random jbom member's engine bay....
I wasn't a fan of the look with the Vette rims, but I think the new ones will make it look amazing!
Now that looks good! So much better than the vette wheels.
Looks great bro!
Less @!#$ around with the S10 and more working on this
PS. I went looking for you after I was done racing at CSCS....couldn't find you, I think you guys already had bailed
Now get those rears on and be sexy!!!

OK stop now and part it out. If not you must delete your account and leave jbo. Those are the rules.

You have no idea how badly I've wanted to part it out for the last few months. This thing was never meant to be THIS much of a project, but I've got a point to prove and am way too stubborn to quit now.

Oh man, I can so empathize with this statement! LOL
Looking forward to seeing pics with the new rims all on.

Engine is out, I'm not happy with with how the notches for the axle operate, so I'll be re-doing them. Big step backwards, I guess.
I have a temp wheel spacer for mock-up, so I will be making sure that I can have my lips widened as much as I want, and then as soon as I am back from Florida the wheels will be disassembled and lips shipped out. I'm looking to turn the wheels into a 10 on the front and a 10.5 out back.
Not sure anything real exciting is going to happen in the next month or so, but if it does I'll keep you guys up to date with it all.
Here's the current plans for winter '12/'13
How much @!#$ is in the engine bay that needs to be cleaned out of it?

There is a considerable amount of axle grease... pretty much everywhere that you can't see. So I really want to get rid of it all seeing as the axles are now on a decent plain and I won't be blowing anymore.
