Almost ^^^???
IT IS
Well...I need some more c/f in the interior...
I sprayed it black, then put on a thin coat of epoxy. In another hour from now it will become tacky enough for me to lay my c/f down.
Once I lay down some c/f I'll post up again with the progress of this piece.
I also did a large c/f order yesterday...I think I need to find some interest in some c/f goodies and start up some GP's
I was woundering if you were going to add more cf.......and then thought that the piece your working on now would look sweet in cf...and here you are doing it in cf
Ill be waiting for update pics lol
Can't wait to see it finished in CF Vince. You have me on the CF GP let me know when and where.

FOR SALE
Well, I have the c/f applied now. I'm going to let the base cure fully before moving forward. I work the afternoon shift tomorrow, so by the time I get home I should be able to put down my first flood coat of resin on this bad boy.
All I have to say is, I love it
I took two pics...one with a flash, and one without a flash.
With the flash on:
With no flash on:
I'll get some more pics of this piece as I continue to work on it. I'm thinking of other pieces I can start wrapping in c/f now too

.

Thanks guys.
I have 2 layers of epoxy down now. Once this one hardens, I'm going to give it some sanding then apply a final coat.
I have two pics again.
Keep in mind the parts that don't have a nice gloss/coat are the areas I will be cutting out for the dvd player and xbox.
I'm really excited about this piece once I finish it off over the weekend

.

The carbon fiber piece is now completed! I sanded and trimmed the excess material away today and did a test fit in the car again.
The epoxy resin is NOT sanded smooth yet!!! A light sanding and then some automotive clear will make this bad boy shine!
I'm extremely pleased with how well this piece turned out

My next step is to begin blocking the primer work.
