I stoped wasting my time after 2 of them, I wanted to watch vinces orange cav on the dyno, you recorded a few seconds of it getting up to speed and stoped before he even did a pull, and the last vid I wanted to see if it was fetter making a run.... a few seconds of a car slowly rolling up to the line and thats it

Lol i walked over to take a picture of this guys car and he was changing his belt to a gaterback, because its tighter and he was having slip or idk but when i walked up he was like, "watch me do this in 5 minutes" lol nedless to say we never got the gaterback on and then later couldnt even get the stock belt back on. Ive never seen a belt that hard to put on it was wired, when we wrenched on the tensioner it acually made the belt tighter isntead of giving it slack to put on. then eventually we got it to where the belt was on by 3 ribs and a few turns of the pullies and it sliped back on. no word if it braked later. Needless to say one hour later and a whole lot of frustration
the truth
the belt was actually put on wrong. don't ask how but you guys did it. when he got tothe hotel md_ld9 remebered it was backwards. so they cut it off and put the other one on correctly, while doing that, someone picked the box up and noticed there was a diagram on the back. i had a good chuckle of that and trey mutilated the box. very funny.
Yeah, I wished I remembered while I was watching him put the belt on.

hahaha...that was some funny @!#$ trey...yes I noticed the diagram was right on the box.. The problem was we were trying to run the belt under the tensioner pulley between the alternator and AC compressor rather than the right way which is between the Crank and alternator..that was a total bitch..lol..but good times and a good laugh afterwards..
You guys could of been nice and just forgot about that...

I'm just glad that the new belt went on in just a few mins instead of what it took to get it on the wrong way. I've had no problems since the new belt has been put on. I'm able to have the A/C on all the time without any noise.
YAY for the great pic of the back of my head
and nice work on the belt Trey
