You can all hate on me or whatever, but I think if he sanded it all down, made sure stuff was held together well, and did something with the gas cap, it would look really badass. It's unique and sure it's not functional, but I think it looks cool and different and if it was properly painted and all that stuff, it would have a chance at being a great show car.

any car has a chance at being a great show car.
that's no reason to destroy a car like that and not do it right. if your gonna make progress like that, keep it in the shop or at home. don't go into public.

brian, just throw some bondo on your rear window and youll be golden!
good to go in no time
its ugly as hell right now and surely isnt the proper way of doing it, but id still like to see it when its done. its not my taste but either way once its all sanded down it might not look so bad, although im not a fan of its features - id still like to see it when it was finished. although he should learn about fiberglass... i dont know much about body work yet but wouldnt that much bondo crack over time? and actually in one of the pictures it looks like it has already cracked on that piece that goes over the door....
the owner of the car has not a clue on what he is doing. all those lines are too sharp and boxy looking. the side skirts look like ass and the vent behind the door is retarded looking. the tail conversion looks like it barely fits. blah not even an a for effort
I've seen better looking floats in a high school Home Coming Day parade..The front has potential, but the rear.??...horrible qaulity....Sorry not feeling it, and I am usually nice with my comments on here..I hope everything works out for you, so you can prove most of us wrong..
::sings:: Shoe Box..........Shoe Box!............Shoe Box of Liiiiiiiessss.
this make me not even want to attemp a large fiberglass project hes got more money in the bondo then what he bought the car for
hmmm... that makes me feel way better about myself... thank you...
makes my wing look not so bad now doesnt it
Oh I feel sick to my stomach now......

x2.
I like it and I respect that he tried to do something different by himself. Anyone can slap a "cookie-cutter" kit and rims on a car or bolt something on, but he is trying to CREATE something different. Give him a break there is some learning involved in any process. If he finishes it, it will be cool.

I'd say at least it's salvagable. I respect the efforts at least, but I do have to cringe at the gaping hole for the gas door. In the distance shot from the back it COULD look pretty nice if someone stepped up and gave him a few hundred hands in getting the 200lbs of excess bondo off the car. Props on the work and the thought but I'm thinking the execution needs a bit of work to say the least. And a Northstar v8 swap would help as well for the dual mufflers :p
Why even take it on the road not completed?
I will not judge until i see the final product.
