It is the gasket on the back side of the timing cover that is directly behind the tension. it doesn't touch the tensioner, it is directly behind it on the back side of the timing cover. Get what I am saying?

Here is the link to his album. according to the album settings it is a public one, so go ahead and try it. The new vid is the most recently uploaded thing. The old video is on page 7.

No I think Im going to go ahead and change the gaskets just to be safe and do it right because like i said. If it breaks again don't have the funding or the patients to deal with it anymore. it ether runs this time or it wont be running for a very long time.

By the way anything on that gasket that anyone knows of?

Also did those videos work now? if you go into my album. If they did what do you guys think?

yes but like i said iam swapping to the 2.3 gaskets tomorrow but if I can get the towers out with out taking the timing cover off then I wont need it. I know its alot easier if you just take the timing cover then take the towers out but we'll see.

Anyone have an extra i used my last extra this time to put it back together.

What you think of the vid?

Are you getting that 70psi oil pressure reading from your cam tower? Or the block?

Noisey engine, I hope it isnt that serious man.. Best of luck.

Making me wanna put my stage 2's in.
Or at least install a friggin header.

My car had the clicking noise when I did the secret swap.
But it went away after a couple minutes.
We used a lot of the cam/lifter prelube, and made sure we had that oil suppliment stuff.

But Paul, check your PMs.
Might be having another UPS issue.

70 psi right now were getting 40psi when cold at idle and 20 psi when hot. the first time we put it together when it had the tapping it had 70 psi at idle which also seems wrong to me. Yes all the psi readings so far have been off the cam towers.

Changing gaskets tomorrow
