Eric, I readly did not have any problems with the studs at all bro. maybe cuz you suded a set that were used?
I have to say though that GM crapped out on alot! They make you cut up your throttle/cruise bracket to make an oil tube bracket! But give you one for the heater tube braket?! The instructions are on CD unlike the 2.4 kit so unless a computer is in your garage or you have a good printer your sol. And the kit says it does but mine did not include a PCV hose
and lastly the aem intake. I CAN NOT TAKE CREDIT, Eric was the brain behind making the AEM fit with the GM charger. You WILL have to do somethings inorder to make it fit right.
also forgot to mention that anyone putting thins on a pre 2003 car needs to check hood clearance before shutting the hood! I almost forgot to and glad joey told me, the raised part ontop of the SC hits my hood

. So i have to grind it off i guess.

Looking good, nice sedan. The clearance thing was one reason why I milled that portion down for mine. And yes there was some hack and whack associated with some of the install, and I would have personally changed the order of doing things. I definitely would like to see some closer shots of the AEM install as all I have deon is stick a cone onthe end of the new 2.4 tube they have me. There is a small clearance issue between the battery and the PS pump I cannot over come.
Dyno time for lots of people seems to be coming soon!
