y do u say that...i have the red bulbs for them its no different than clear turn signals
shouldnt be a problem...ive seen new cars with clear brake lights... today i saw a scion xb with clear lights in the back

it's the reflectors... factory cars with clear tails have the reflectors put somewhere else
that being said, i don't think you'll have much of a problem
make sure u buy the red LED bulbs that way they dont discolor to pink an cops wont bust ur balls
LED bulbs will require a different flasher tho FYI, or your lights will blink like strobes when your turning, which cops dont care much for either. lol

do what i did...buy orange bulbs for your brakes...then buy those red gel caps and put over top....you can see the lights from a mile i way...the led bulbs arent too bright imo

those are the old old APC lights which are discontinued

^are they actually red because of the orange bulb or do they still have a pink discoloration to them.
jersey kid: I got them off ebay for 67 dollars with shipping and the reverse indiglos off ebay for 26 with shipping....
If you look at cavi freaks link up there they are gonna be just a little bit more expensive than i got mine but i think well worth it. I think they will break up the red on the back of my cavy!
