i'm in the process of looking into a 17" rim... i have the bc2 kit on and tein basics... has anyone had any experience with this setup and/or which will/not work... also what is the lamens terms off an offset on a wheel, and which will work with my setup....
anything from 35-45mm would be best
do you personally have them on or do you know of a friend who has em... i really dont want to end up getting rims and not having them fit
i personally know that anything from a 35-45mm will fit

Better yet ... heres a picture of my old car with 17's rims with a 35mm offset with the tein basics ...
And one with the rim turned ... Didnt rub at all!
And PS: Yeah , listen to BaggedCav , he truly does know what hes talking about ...
jersey kid and thats with a 17X7 rim on there and teins cause damn if it is im going shoppin this afternoon that looks really good... and you said there is no rubbing problems at all....
i had 17x7 with a 42mm offset and i current have 18x7.5 (i think there 7.5 wide) with a 48mm offset. only reason i got such a high offset is for the sake of bagging. the higher the offset the more it brings the wheel in. typically on a normal j suspension anything from 35mm-45mm would be the ideal offset you would want
may i remind everybody that there seems to be some dilemmas with some of the tein coilovers and how close they get to the wheels............its not the common answer anymore, in case anyone thinks they're uber smart.
