I am chomping at the bit to put my rims back on, but everytime i plan to do it, western Pennsylvania decides to drop more snow on us Some people have told me to wait till May, since the idea is that their "summer" tires, but i get no respect in my winter spinner hubcaps lol. Their white so some other people have told me that cleaning is really the only issue if i put them on too early. WAH what should i do?
