depends what style of rim your looking for. if you get something w/ a lip, it will look a size smaller

i've got 17's, with no current drop, and there's a huge gab. a friend has 18's, no drop, and it looks sweet.

take into factor:
local road conditions, how hard are you driving (i'm assuming theres a weight difference), and although it's a year round car, you're not leaving the rims on all year are you?

i'd say 18's, as you'd probably want to go bigger after a year or 2 on 17's

brandon clement, can you show me pics of your ride not lowered on 17s and your friends not lowered on 18s? might save me some cash if i dont have to buy suspension.
