wider stance?

im going to lower my car maybe next weekend and was wondering if i put 18 inch rims with a large offset will they stick out a bit? i kinda want the wide car look, but dont want them to rum of course. lowering 1.75 goldlines on tokico spec d's
oh and is it harder on the suspensions parts?

The larger the offset, the deeper into the wheel wells they'll be. You've got it backwards.

I've got an '02 Z24 on Goldlines and D-Specs. I just got my 17x8" rims with a 38 offset and 225 45 ZR17 tires on the car today. I'm taking some pics tomorrow, and I'll try to get some good angles for you.

depends on the width of the rim, but 8 inch width or less you should be ok with a higher offset
