For the longest time now my Isuzu transmission has a loud humming noise cumming from it and now that winter is cumming i notice the noise is getting louder. what do you think it is??
and what are my options here, the engine is rebuilt and i don't want to throw another junkyard isuzu in there and have the same problem or worse happen. your input would be appreciated.

Sounds like mine did before the differential went out. Started making the noise in reverse, then starting in all gears at all speeds, getting louder the faster I went.
When was the last time the fluid was changed? Hows the fluid level? What fluid are you using?
