Good news

Yeah, the OEM mount is made from about 12 gauge material (0.105" thick). The Turbo Tech Racing solid auto mount is made from 1/4" thick material.
Everything on the mount is much stronger than the OEM one.
Hope everything works well, we verified the first time (REV 1), the part the bolts to the tranny side fits great, the REV 2 fixed clearance issues on the frame side, as the bending needed more clearance.

i can't wait until these are available for purchase. i'm pretty sure my stock mount is on its way out

Ditto! mine moves alot on the tranny side!

The OEM one we put on the CMM to get the dimensions was really bad,
The bushing was shot in the OEM mount and it rotated at least 2 inches each way!
The new one moves AT MOST .030" when we moved it back and forth by hand (Hardly any play).

def. exited for this. although i really dk how much it will help me. my engine doesnt really move that much, its pretty damn solid actually, i have the rk lower and your upper, im wondering if maybe my stocker is just fine or if it does need replaced....

You will be amazed how much movement your stock one has compared to this one.

So if the mount has no fitment issues, when do you think it will be available for a GP??

all the stock mounts ive seen you can turn 360 degrees and keep going
i could barely get the ttr 1 to move , it prob weights 10 lbs more than the stock mount , LOL
its that heavy duty

Heavy Duty, but will take the abuse for years

If testing goes well (fitment), as we have used this same bushing design in the Cobalt Engine mount, so I would say within 2 weeks from verification of fitment these will be avaliable to purchase.

little exaggerated maybe
shipping weight shows 9lbs on the box

well if the whole unit itself weighs 9lbs, then the stocker has to weigh at least half, and if its at 9lbs, it shouldnt be that much heavier then stock. which is good cuz that bad boy looks HEAVY! lol
looks very well designed....good job ttr!

Look at the Weld quality it is very good, we contract out our welding work, as you dont want me doing it

Also as far as wieght goes, even if it is double the weight, what is 5 lbs on a car? About 2/3 of a gallon of gas?
We designed it to be strong, and be very durable.

if it weighed 30lbs , i still wouldnt complain , its weight over the tires
