hmm, just want to know if the methanol will cool it down enough, or should i just stick with the 8psi pulley? and also, would i need to start doin internal work for 10psi? or would the reflash program still run right with a walbro? thanks all

Get a wideband guage set up and find out . But no need for internal work.
you are on the right track.
i would consider running larger injectors though
i plan to run 340 to 360 , when i jump to the smaller pulley

Why??? Pointless.
I ran 12:1 a/f on the stock s/c 310cc injectors with the 2.5" pulley.
It's not worth spending the money on injectors unless you are running lean. The s/c maxes out with the 2.5" pulley from what I found out. You have to do some seriously expensive porting to the inner chambers of the s/c to get more out of it with a 2.4" pulley. Even then, I think the 310cc injectors should be fine.
You shouldn't have to upgrade your injectors at all. If anything, spend your money on a wideband instead.

mine runs mid 13's on my wide band , new s/c injectors , fuel pump was replaced in jan along with the filter
Check your map sensor line. Make sure there's no cracks in it. If so, the map will report less boost than there is which could be the cause of your lean situation.
