Run 10-12 psi with a T3/T04E and then run 10-12 psi with a T3. You can go run 10 psi with a T3 and be safe while running 10psi with a T3/T04E will send your rods throught the block.
And what you "heard" is not good. If you don't know how boost work, don't answer. It's not like N/A power. things are alot different.
And I'll quote Shifted:"You can blow your engine with 1psi". It all depend on the turbo and the power output. It's not the PSI that brake things but the power. Psi = measure of pressure, not power. Cfm is closer to power than Psi.

It is true 10 psi on different size Turbos put different stress on your motor and it is not PSI that breaks your motor it is the power that psi makes due to extra CFM's.

If you didn't get the point of what most people were saying here, you need to be more specific, namely being what turbo, and what supporting mods (fuel and ignition) you are planning to do.
