more power for my 2.2 (questions)

ok. about 3 years ago purchased my kit (j-turners) T3-super 60 turbo with stock bottom end, currently have a 90 cavy with the 2.2 (new motor) holds up real nice, dont' beat on it at all, but my question is this. I may need a better tune than what I currently have now. keep in mind back then the 90 came factory with 95hp (no joke) but with this turbo it puts down 152.5 WHP and 160 tq per the dyno jet. the AFR is around 13.6 @ 8psi with my 10:1 FMU. now the question is this I would like to gain more power safly with a decent tune. Most of you are familier with tuning with HP tuners. I'm wondering if I can do the same. what are your suggestions for me to do this? Due to the cercomstance I know I'm not going to ever reach 300HP or even maybe 250 but I'd like to get up around the 200HP mark.. I've done the research on my TBI injection and due to the nature of that injector its a high impetence (lol) injector so it can handle most of the flow rate. So far everything has been all good, but mearly questioning the engines abliity I guess.

13.6 is way lean for being in boost, I'd try to get it down nearer to 12:1.

Take a look at the OBD-1 tuning project, you'll have to install one of the tunes they have and use the editor they use to tune it.

Buy stuff from CarCustoms Ebay! Won't be disappointed!

Ryan, Ron is right about you running too lean. The OBD1 project may work out for you but their are other solutions too.... A sencondary injection system would really help out also.... You got my number, give me a call later and we can talk about it.....
