I just got my hahn stage 2 turbo put on my 03 last week so i got it dynoed this weekend. I made 171hp and 229tq. I thought it was rated at like 200hp or 235hp. Anyway can somebody help me with this i could of went all motor for $3600 and got more hp then that.

if its an 03 with no tuning, your probably falling under the people whose ecu demands 14.6 afr and are losing a ton of power due to such circumstances, get a wideband and some hpt time and boom there will come the lost power
I have personally seen a yellow 02 ls sport dyno 211 whp in a stage 2 with 3 inch exhaust. 8 psi

i got dyno sheet but can't get it to load. With wide open throttle afr reads 10.2 and fuel pressure reads like 60.

I made 212/220 on 8PSI with my HRC Stage 2. We need some dyno graphs and we'll be able to tell you the problem.
Like Keeper said though...It has been found that all the 04+ Js and some 03s (like 03.5+) have a dumb computer program that ALWAYS goes for 14.6:1 AFR no matter what the conditions. I think your a victim of GMs programmers.

I dunno if im gonna go off topic or not tho. When i first dynoed, with the HRC stage 2 i dynoed at 233HP@9psi and anything after 9psi i was starting to see knock! Due to the stuid ECU! But the dyno graph showed that the ECU gives up on the 14.6 A/F Ratio somwhere after 5200RPM.
I was a victim of the 14.6 A/F ratio all times, when i first put the turbo on. Since then tho i am using the reflash and havn't seen a problem.
But if you run the GMPP Reflash on the 03-04 with turbo or SC, doesn't this eliminate the computer wanting to keep the 14.6 A/F ratio?

The GM Reflash seems to be a good fix for the ECU problem but it has one MAJOR flaw...it cannot be tuned and locks the ECU from tuning

Yea, its sorta crappy that it locked and can't be changed. Not even thru HPT

I am right with you guys......223 h.p. on 8psi with a '03 pcm. The car cut out at the 108 mph limit. It may have made alittle more if it was able to run all the way out. What weird is your torque #s compaired to h.p. What kind of dyno did you have your car on.
I had mine on a Mustang Dyno.
n/a your wouldnt have made 229ft lbs of tq

Locked from all tuning or locked from HTuners software?

10.2 is wayyyyyy rich. lean it out to about 11.4 and see how it goes.

It was on a winpep 7.

Do you still have the stock exhaust? How big is the intake piping to the turbo? It's probably a combination of things. Usually you're not going to put down 229ft.lb. of torque and only 171hp. Reminds me of a rally car engine with an intake restrictor.

Not in all cases. My gm reflashed ecm maintains a 14.6:1 afr...
^^ u sure it was flashed? that will cause damage . maybe the flash didnt take?
