ok guys im having a issue with my car. its a 97 Z24 5spd. i put a t3 42/48 turbo on it with 2.5 in piping. im running 35 lb injectors . and have an adjustible fpr. and now currently have hptuner. i cant get this thing to run at all.. ive been messing round with the tables and still nothing. it makes no sense to me . it goes from being 10.000 rich to 18 lean 1st and 2nd are rich once imin third as soon as i push the gas my wideband goes directly to 18.0 and it starts popping and spuddering. if i take it slow up in the rpm anything above 3200 it leans out. this makes no sense to me im delivering fuel to the rail it starts off too rich then goes hardcore lean>? if anybody could help id greatly appreciate it . im so lost. and just need this thing to run propperly

Sort of sounds like the Fuel pump is not keeping up with the demand.

The thought just crossed my mind. Is it possible that you have a bad case of boost creep.

When you say you've been messing around with the tables, what exactly have you been doing to tune them? Did you change your injector constant?
yes i changed the injector constant to the right number for what i need i even had it checked by 2 ppl to make sure i did it right. the tables ive played with were the PE tables moving them up a few percent at a time, and i dnt feel its boost creep beings its a brand new wastegate. and im barely even getting into boost. if i feather it at1/4 throttle it stays in the rich zone and the boost goes =up.

Ok insted of moving the pe table leave it alone (either stock or 1 in all tables) and try moving your VE tables you may have to change some things like the offset to get it as rich as you want but that should help and if all else fails you can change the IPW multiplyer but i dont recomend it. Also watch how much you change the offset if you say move it from 10% to 20% you will have to got into ALL your tables and remove 10% which is easy you just have to go in and -10 from the hole table. once you do that it should still be stock as long as you didnt set the offset to high then go out log it you should be able to add the fuel you need that way.

Yes you deffinatly need to adjust the VE tables... What worked for my car, is i set the offset to 20% and then worked with it from there... I do paste - multiply by % -half into the 4 tables. I just do -half that way its a less drastic change and, it takes a lil longer, but is potentially safer... Always make sure low rpm single and double are the same as well. And then you can fine tune it until you are within say somewhere around 4 error % or closer. Make sure you have it logging idle/low/high rpms, and paste those with the corresponding tables...
my bad i meant i was messing with the ve tables. i was turning my high rpm numbers as high as i could without making my idle go too rich as of right now its too rich at idle and low rpm but it leans out when i go to go.

i was driving round looking at my gauges . and my scan on the hptuner. my puel pressure stays at a constant 55 psi so i know im delivering fuel propperly . but my spark advaincement is all over up and down. when i punch it it goes all the way up should it? or should i be worrying about the spark more. due it it maybe being why ime leaning out. i have ngk tr6's . and i tried running autolites. ? any help is appreciated

How are you adding fuel in relation to boost? Are you using the s/c 2 bar tune and modding it? If not, then that's your prolbem.
