Gee thanks for the info...

Maybe some info on your setup would be nice, and maybe what your goals are...

Goals?
Turbo size?
Cam specs?

Why sleeve your block for 10psi?

How good are you at tuning?
What octane gas are you going to use?
What are you going to use for tuning?

Sounds like this will be your first turbo setup?
If so boost the stock motor for a while. Work out the bugs, learn how to tune, get used to the car boosted. Then build a motor.

2.4s are a closed deck block no need to sleeve for quite a while. The 2.4 block is one of the stronger points of the motor.

you should research that and then post it here... look for how much horsepower your engine can handle with a stock long block, not how much boost.

I heard 250 at 7psi.

you could have 250 at 15psi or 5psi or 20 psi... every setup with yeild different results.... so the highest safe hp to go to on the stock long block on a 2.4l is 250hp you are saying... interesting... i have a lot to read up on now that my good friend is turboing his jbody (he has the 2.4l)

I hit 240hp/280ft-lbs at 7psi on mine. I know people running much more.
