I am going to put a super 60 turbo on my car, and i just bought a new exhaust from pacesetter and it is 2 1/4". with a high flow cat and since it is a high flow exhaust, will it work or do i need to upgrade to a 2 1/2" exhaust... and if i do, the pacesetter system only has probably 500 miles on it and it will be for sale soon... thanks for any imput!

you need a custom exhaust for the turbo based on the turbo and manifold you end up with.
that kit you bought is meant for the stock manifold.

It will work. Any exhaust size would work. It's jsut that with 2.25" you "may" have a slower spool and you may see a few hp less.

i also have a hollowed cat on the car right now... if i put a 2.5" downpipe on it will that help it spool up faster? even tho its on a 2.25" exhaust?
