i have heard some discussion on injector swapping from z24 to 2200, but the info is patchy, so let run this by y'all. the injectors in my 2200 are low impedance and the z24 injectors pre '99 are low impoedance also. is this correct? i just need to verify that the 2.4 injectors will fit and run in my 2200 without any modification or funny business. thanks guys

I just had a set of 99 z24 injectors in my car...... new clips installed so they can be used.................... I spliced the wiring so I have 2 different style clips for different sttyle injectors......... so injector swaps are easy .......

I tried 99z24 injectors first....... really rich..... even at 20psi idle pressure.........

then tried 2000z24 injectors..... these are the plastic cased injectors that look the same as the 2200's........... they plug into the stock harness........................

the only difference is from z24 to 2200 (2000+) is how many spray holes there are on the bottom of the injector.....

these run much much much better, but lean out at about 8psi..............
