hey guys newbie here,just got a prob hope u guys can help me.
its about my left turn signal,when i signal left it seems to blink twice as fast
as it used 2be,front blinks but the rear left dont checked my tail lamps and bulb is just fine anybody?....thanxs!!

If the rear light isn't blinking... then it's not "just fine" is it?

Does the brake light work on that side? If so.. it's the wiring. If not.. it's the bulb or the socket.

Check your blinker fluid. I AutoZone used to carry it but I don't know if they still do. Some people just use water but thats just for when your in a pinch, it'll only last ya a week or so.

okey when i turn on my park light the left rear is working,when i step on my brakes only right and 3rd brake brightens,without parklight when i step on brakes only right and 3rd brake lights r working,use hazard they both work!

question-recall?blinker fluid?...

They are being serious with the recall business.. take it to a dealer and get it fixed for free...

What year is your car?

The rear bulbs are dual filament... the reason it comes on for the parking lights, is because there's one filament in the lightbulb for the parking lights... and a second (larger) one for the brake/turn signal lights.

It sounds like the larger filament is broken. Replace the bulb, and it should be fine again.

Yep, they're right about the recall. I just took my 2003 Sunfire to my local Pontiac dealer and they fixed it for free, as well as another recall that needed taken care of which was an upgrade to the computer that I was missing. The upgrade recall was announced sometime last December. You might want to check with your local pontiac dealer and ask them if you are missing any recall notices that might need taken care of.

Uhm, just do what everyone else said already and take it to the dealership. They can run your VIN and tell you if it needs any recalls done to it. Doesn't matter that it's a used car. My Cavalier just had 2 recalls done on it recently and it's a 97 with 97,000 miles on it... Recalls are free so no worries about putting cash done on those.

Yes, all your lights have fluids. Go to autozone or your local car parts store and tell them you need blinker fluid. They'll hook ya up.

On manuals like yours the resevoirs for all your light fluid is located under the intake. Might take some work to get it taken out but you gotta get it done cuz you need that fluid.
