Ok..so like the topic sez, My stereo got jacked.
I notice the wiring harness is cut. Right now i have my stock cd player wired up with only the back speakers. (Had front components wired to an amp which isnt there anymore)
Im thinking of selling my car and want to make sure everything works they way it did when i bought the car.
What are these 4 wires for ? and can i re-hook up my front speakers or install another deck ?
oh btw, i had a pioneer avh-7500DVD, 2 amps, 2 subs and a cap,....ya i got back a quarter of what i paid from insurance, GOOD DEAL !. thx

just make those wires longer..bust out the soldering iron and get to work. they aren't THAT short.

So i am supposed to just cut off the plug and re-attach those 4 speaker wires to the stock wiring..
Then attach all the loose ends to the appropriate wires on the other pioneer deck i have here ?
What i dont get is how come the factory plug is still there if i had a pioneer in there already (stolen)

i wouldnt cut the plug off because the cut wires could be extended.

I reattached the factory harness completely then went and bought a GM - Pioneer wiring harness. Works now
I used to have 2 amps in the back , 1 for subs and 1 for front components.
if I buy another amp for some subs.....is all i gotta do is just plug in the RCAS into the back of my pioneer ...then hook up all the loose wires that are where my old amp was ?
Its just that there was one extra wire behind my deck...mighta been for the speaker amp or cap ?
